79. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF BUCKEYE: ORDINANCE NO. 42-23 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Buckeye, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along McDowell Rd West of Perryville Rd, Perryville Rd South of McDowell Rd and Roosevelt St West of Perryville Rd. In accordance with Buckeye Ordinance No. 42-23 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder.
