43. ROAD ABANDONMENT: ROAD FILE NO. AB-365 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, set a hearing for April 10, 2024 to adopt Resolution AB-365 to abandon a portion of 115th Avenue between Rose Garden Lane and Harmony Lane by extinguishing the easements which were both conveyed to Maricopa County by an easement and agreement for highway purposes on March 5th, 1976 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Docket 11574 Page 399 and Docket 11574 Page 401. LEGAL DESCRIPTION AB-365 A portion of two parcels of land lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 4 North, Range 1 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being more particularly described as follows: Parcel One: A portion of the easement as described in Docket 11574 Page 401 on file with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office being the East 40 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 24. EXCEPT the South 40 feet thereof. Parcel Two: A portion of the easement as described in Docket 11574 Page 399 on file with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office being the South 65.92 feet of the East 40 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 24. (General Vicinity: 115th Avenue and Rose Garden Lane. Supervisory District No. 4) In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder.
