45. ROAD FILE NO. 6012 Set a hearing for April 10, 2024, to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 6012 to declare streets in Holly Acres as shown in Book 110 of Maps, Page 12 into the County Maintenance System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Holly Acres into the County Maintenance System, Road File No. 6012. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 6012 All streets consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “Holly Acres”, a subdivision recorded in Book 110 of Maps, Page 12, Maricopa County Records, lying Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter in Section 36 – T1N, R1W, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 1.40 Acres A map or plat depicting the declared streets is attached. (General Vicinity: El Mirage Road and Southern Avenue, lying within Supervisory District 5, in an unincorporated area.)
