63. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF GILBERT: ORDINANCE NO. 2875 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Gilbert, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along S 148th St from Appleby Rd to E Spur Rd. In accordance with Gilbert Ordinance No. 2875 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. General Vicinity: S 148th St from Appleby Rd to E Spur Rd.
