LEGAL DESCRIPTION AB-366 Those portions of land as described in recorded instruments 1968-0169585, 1979-0334220 and 1996-0840166, Maricopa County Recorder (MCR), situate in Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 3 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona.
