51. ROAD ABANDONMENT: ROAD FILE NO. AB-0367 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-0367 to abandon portions of Washington Street alignment between Air Strip Road and Sun Valley Parkway, which was conveyed to Maricopa County by Easement, and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument No. 1971-0278038. LEGAL DESCRIPTION AB-0367 That portion of land as described in recorded instrument 1971-0278038, situate in Section 8, Township 1 North, Range 4 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. Said portions of land being more particularly described as follows: The South 30 feet of the Northeast one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter (NE1/4 of NE1/4), and of the East one-half of the East one-half of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter (E1/2 of E1/2 of NW1/4 of NE1/4) of Section 8, Township 1 North, Range 4 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. The above description is depicted on the attached Exhibit “B”. (General Vicinity: Van Buren Street and Sun Valley Parkway.
