69. BID AND AWARD FOR LUKE WASH AT OLD US 80 Request approval for the solicitation of bids for Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Engineering project for Luke Wash at Old US 80. The work consists of channel grading and constructing Cement Stabilized Alluvium (CSA) channel embankment extending approximately 200’ upstream from the bridge. Work also includes clearing a significant area of over-grown salt cedar vegetation (2 Ac). Construction is scheduled for December 2024. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent.
