70. BID AND AWARD FOR SR101L REINFORCED CONCRETE BOX CULVERT EXTENSION PROJECT Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s SR101L Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert (RCBC) Extension project. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. The project will extend the RCBC on both the north and south sides of Northern Avenue, just east of Loop 101. It is required to be constructed in advance of utility relocations for the TT0372 Northern Parkway at Loop 101 project, which will construct a diverging diamond interchange.
