IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO 27TH AVENUE FROM RC ESTERBROOKS BOULEVARD TO LOWER BUCKEYE ROAD Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the City of Phoenix for improvements to 27th Avenue. From RC Esterbrooks Boulevard to Lower Buckeye Road (TT0753). This Agreement shall become effective as of the date the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approves it and remains in full force and effect until all stipulations previously indicated in the Agreement have been satisfied.
