76. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF AVONDALE: ORDINANCE NO. 2024-0824 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Avondale, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Lower Buckeye Rd from 124th Ave to El Mirage Rd. In accordance with Avondale Ordinance No. 2024-0824 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. (General Vicinity: Lower Buckeye Rd from 124th Ave to El Mirage Rd. Supervisory District No. 5) In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. (C-64-25-038-X-00)
