IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR STORM DRAIN MAINTENANCE ON SOUTHERN AVENUE Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the City of Phoenix for storm drain maintenance on Southern Avenue, from 51st Avenue to East of 46th Avenue (TT0633). The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to establish the responsibility for storm drain maintenance and operations on Southern Avenue, from 51st Avenue to east of 46th Avenue.
