BID AND AWARD FOR 111TH AVE: PEORIA AVE TO ALABAMA AVE Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation project TT0685 111th Ave.: Peoria Ave. to Alabama Ave. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. The purpose of the project is to improve pedestrian safety, accessibility and connectivity along 111th Avenue from Peoria Avenue to Alabama Avenue. The work consists of constructing concrete curb, gutter, sidewalks, sidewalk ramps, and valley gutters. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-25-042-X-00)
