BID AND AWARD FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ON DOVE VALLEY ROAD: 171ST AVE TO 163RD AVE Maricopa County Department of Transportation is requesting approval for a solicitation of bids for the construction of Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) project TT0611 Dove Valley Road, from 171st Avenue to 163rd Avenue. The work consists of improving the roadway alignment, paving the existing dirt road and constructing low water crossings. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent.
