BID AND AWARD FOR SUN VALLEY PARKWAY RESTORATION PHASE 5 Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation TT0695 Sun Valley Parkway Restoration Phase 5 project. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. The project goal is to maintain structural integrity and improve the ride and safety of this 2-mile long roadway. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-25-044-X-00)
