IGA WITH CITY OF SURPRISE TO WAIVE TRAFFIC CONTROL PERMIT FEES Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the City of Surprise to waive traffic control permit fees in certain situations. Under the Intergovernmental Agreement, the agencies will agree to reciprocally waive traffic control permit fees for projects meeting specific requirements. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-25-053-X-00)
