AB-0382 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-0382 to abandon a portion of 323rd Avenue south of Salome Highway by extinguishing the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County in Docket 11381, Page 1158, Maricopa County Recorder. LEGAL DESCRIPTION AB-0382 The West 55 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 11, Township 1 South, Range 5 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. General Vicinity: 323rd Avenue and Salome Highway. A plat or map of such road is attached. Supervisory District No. 5 In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-25-070-X-00)
