IGA WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA FOR CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION ON NORTHERN AVENUE: 103RD AVENUE TO 91ST AVENUE Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the State of Arizona for the construction inspection of Northern Avenue improvements, from 103rd Avenue to 91st Avenue (TT0372).
