96. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF CHANDLER: ORDINANCE NO. 5882 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Chandler, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along from Cooper Rd. between Nightingale Ln and south 661 feet and along from Ocotillo Rd. between 140th St. and Cobblestone Dr. In accordance with Chandler Ordinance 5882 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. General Vicinity: Cooper Rd. between Nightingale Ln and south 661 feet Ocotillo Rd. between 140th St. and Cobblestone Dr. Supervisory District No. 1 In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder.
