PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED FOR THE SALE OF APN 101-11-989 TO THE CITY OF TOLLESON (TT0345) Authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign a purchase agreement and special warranty deed for the sale of APN 101-11-989 to the City of Tolleson for the amount of Three Million Four Hundred Three Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Nine and 00/100 Dollars ($3,403,539.00). The property is located at the northwest corner of West Buckeye Road and South 83rd Avenue in Tolleson. The Board of Supervisors declared the property excess at the June 11, 2025 Board of Supervisors meeting (C-64-25-114-X-00). The property is being sold to Tolleson pursuant to ARS § 11-251 (9) and was appraised at $3.4 M. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-64-26-059-X-00)
