ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING: LUKE AIR FORCE BASE An access agreement with the United States of America (Luke Air Force Base) for environmental groundwater monitoring. The agreement is for a one (1) year duration with automatic renewals for four (4) subsequent periods of the same length as the initial Term.
