88. IGA WITH THE CITY OF GOODYEAR FOR OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County and the City of Goodyear for operation and maintenance of the Sarival Avenue/Lower Buckeye Road and Sarival Avenue/Magnolia Street intersections. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is executed by all governing bodies of the Parties and shall remain in full force and effect until all stipulations previously indicated ave been satisfied.
