93. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF BUCKEYE: ORDINANCE NO. 16-25 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Buckeye, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Maricopa Rd between Miller Rd and Apache Rd. In accordance with Buckeye Ordinance 16-25 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. General Vicinity: Maricopa Rd between Miller Rd and Apache Rd.
