94. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF BUCKEYE: ORDINANCE 15-25 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Buckeye, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along MC 85 between 255th Ave and Miller Rd. In accordance with Buckeye Ordinance 15-25 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. General Vicinity: MC 85 between 255th Ave and Miller Rd.
