109. IGA WITH FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS AT 47TH AVENUE AND CHOLLA STREET Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the Flood Control District (District) for the installation and maintenance of improvements along the Arizona Canal Diversion Channel at 47th Avenue and Cholla Street. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is approved by the governing bodies of the Parties and remain in full force and effect until all stipulations previously indicated have been satisfied, or Project improvements have been removed.
