BID AND AWARD FOR MARICOPA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION’S CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS ON ELLSWORTH RD AND PUEBLO AVE PROJECT Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s (MCDOT’s) construction of improvements for Ellsworth Rd and Pueblo Ave Project. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent.
