108. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF BUCKEYE: ORDINANCE NO. 26-25 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Buckeye, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Roosevelt St. between Jackrabbit Trail and 194th St. In accordance with Buckeye Ordinance 26-25 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. General Vicinity: Roosevelt St. between Jackrabbit Trail and 194th St. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-64-26-053-X-00)
