109. ROAD ABANDONMENT: ROAD FILE NO. AB-0389 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-0389 to abandon an easement between W. Dunlap Rd. and W. Broadway Rd. by extinguishing the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes on March 14, 1972, and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument No. 1972-0061597. LEGAL DESCRIPTION AB-0389 An easement as described in recorded instrument 1972-0061597, Maricopa County Records, lying within the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 1 North, Range 2 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. Said easement being more particularly described as follows: The South 30 feet of the West 165 feet of the South one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 20. General Vicinity: W. Dunlap Rd. and W. Broadway Rd. Supervisory District No. 5 In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder.
