FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES CONTRACT NO. 2025-031 WITH INFENIX, LLC FOR (TT0600) NORTHERN PARKWAY: AGUA FRIA TO 103RD AVENUE Approve Construction Administration Services Contract No. 2025-031 with Infenix, LLC for (TT0600) Northern Parkway: Agua Fria to 103rd Avenue, in the not-to-exceed amount of $3,033,151.12 for Construction Administration and Inspection services for the subject project. This contract will be effective for 423 calendar days. The contract shall become effective upon execution by both parties. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-26-075-X-00)
