IGA WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA FOR (TT0372) UTILITY RELOCATION FOR NORTHERN AVENUE FROM 103RD AVENUE TO 91ST AVENUE (Supervisory District No. 4) Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County and the State of Arizona (State) for the relocation of the existing ADOT Number 9 ITS Vault to the south of its current location (Project). This Agreement shall become effective upon signing and dating of all Parties. The terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until completion of the Project.
