IGA WITH CITY OF MESA FOR THE (TT0646) WATER FACILITY RELOCATION AT THE ELLSWORTH ROAD AND PUEBLO AVENUE INTERSECTION (Supervisory District No. 2) Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County and the City of Mesa (City) for the design and relocation of existing water facilities, including hydrants, manholes and valves (Relocation), which are owned, operated and maintained by the City. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is executed by all the governing bodies of the Parties and shall remain in full force and effect until all stipulations previously indicated have been satisfied.
