ORDER ESTABLISHING WHITE TANK VISTAS STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (Supervisory District No. 4) Organize the White Tank Vistas Street Lighting Improvement District located in the vicinity of Northern Avenue and Perryville Road, and appoint the Superintendent of Streets as District Engineer. The district’s purpose is to establish street lighting facilities and purchase electric service for lighting public streets and parks within the district. A petition representing 100% of the property owners, Mattamy Arizona, LLC, the owner of “White Tank Vistas” residential development, has been presented requesting the formation of a street lighting improvement district.
