TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF BUCKEYE: ORDINANCE 30-25 (Supervisory District No. 5) Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Buckeye, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Watkins St. between Miller Rd. and 250th Ave. In accordance with Buckeye Ordinance 30-25 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory.
