129. ROAD FILE NO. A0754 (Supervisory District No. 4) Set a hearing for February 25, 2026 for Road File No. A0754 to Open and Declare the following described alignment into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28- 6701, 6702 and 6703, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following described alignment(s) into the County Transportation System, Road File No. A0754. ROAD FILE NO. A0754 A roadway having a width consistent with the existing right-of-way and appurtenant rights, together with additional right-of-way and permanent and temporary easements to provide for construction, operation, and maintenance of the highway as designed and constructed by the City of Glendale project 83rd Avenue from Glendale Avenue to Northern Avenue Reconstruction Project (202121); the centerline of the highway is described to-wit: BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Section 2 Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona; THENCE northerly along the westerly section line of said Section 2 to the Northwest corner of said Section 2, said point also being the point of ENDING. The beginning, ending, general course and direction of the highway is depicted in the attached Exhibit, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B); and (General Vicinity: 83rd Avenue from Glendale Avenue to Northern Avenue, lying in Supervisory District No. 4) In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisor’s resolution with the County Recorder.
