IGA WITH CITY OF BUCKEYE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF WATSON ROAD FROM VAN BUREN STREET TO SKYLINE PARK (Supervisory District No. 4) Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the City of Buckeye (City) for the maintenance and operation of Watson Road, from Van Buren Street to Skyline Park (Roadway). This Maintenance Agreement shall become effective as of the date the governing bodies of the Parties execute it and shall remain in full force and effect until all stipulations previously indicated have been satisfied.
