130. ROAD FILE NO. A0755 (Supervisory District No. 5) Set a hearing for February 25, 2026 for Road File No. A0755 to Open and Declare the following described alignment into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28- 6701, 6702 and 6703, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following described alignment(s) into the County Transportation System, Road File No. A0755. ROAD FILE NO. A0755 A roadway having a width consistent with the existing right-of-way and appurtenant rights, together with additional right-of-way and permanent and temporary easements to provide for construction, operation, and maintenance of the highway as designed and constructed by the City of Goodyear project: 42048 Sarival Ave: Yuma Rd to Elwood St; the centerline of the highway is described to-wit: BEGINNING at the West quarter corner of Section 19, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. THENCE northerly along the section line common to Sections 18 and 19 Township 1 North, Range 1 West and Sections 13 and 24 Township 1 North, Range 2 West to a point being the intersection of Watkins St and Sarival Ave as depicted in Sarival Gardens recorded as Book 147 Page 19 in the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office and said point also being the point of ENDING. The beginning, ending, general course and direction of the highway is depicted in the attached Exhibit, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B); and (General Vicinity: Sarival Avenue from Dunlap Rd/Elwood St to Watkins Street, lying in Supervisory District No. 5) In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisor’s resolution with the County Recorder.
