FIBER OPTICS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AGREEMENT WITH MMR FIBER SOLUTIONS, LLC TO PLACE FACILITIES WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY (Supervisory District No. 1 and 2) Approve the Fiber Optics Communication System Agreement MMR Fiber Solutions, LLC. This will allow MMR Fiber Solutions, LLC, to place facilities within the public Right-of-Way to provide communications services to the residents of Maricopa County. This Agreement shall be effective upon full execution by the Parties (Effective Date) and continue for five (5) years from the Effective Date (Term), unless sooner terminated as provided in Section 10. This Agreement may be renewed by mutual agreement of the parties in accordance with A.R.S. 9-583(G). (C-64-26-099-X-00)
