48. ROAD FILE NO. A0757 (Supervisorial District No. 1) Set a hearing for March 11, 2026, to adopt Road File No. A0757 to Open and Declare the following described alignments into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. § 28-6701, 6702 and 6703, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following described alignments into the County Transportation System, Road File No. A0757. ROAD FILE NO. A0757 Two Roadways having a width consistent with the existing right-of-way and appurtenant rights, together with any additional right-of-way and appurtenances necessary to provide for construction, operation, and maintenance of the highway as designed and constructed by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation; the centerline of the highways are described as follows: Power Road: BEGINNING at the intersection of Power Road and Happy Road; Thence Northerly along the East line of Section 36, Township 2 South, Range 6 East to the intersection of Power Road and Mews Road being the POINT OF ENDING. San Tan Boulevard: BEGINNING at the intersection of San Tan Boulevard and Valencia Avenue; Thence Easterly along the mid-section lines of Section 36, Township 2 South, Range 6 East and Section 31, Township 2 South, Range 7 East to the intersection of San Tan Boulevard and Lime Drive being the POINT OF ENDING. The highways are known as Power Road from Happy Road to Mews Road and San Tan Boulevard from Valencia Avenue to Lime Drive, lying in Supervisory District No. 1. The beginning, ending, general course and direction of the highway is depicted in the attached Exhibit, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B); General Vicinity: San Tan Boulevard and Power Road. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisor’s resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-26-101-X-00)
