50. ROAD FILE NO. 6023 (Supervisorial District No. 4) Set a hearing for March 11, 2026, to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 6023 to declare streets in White Tank Foothills Parcel 17 as shown in Book 1389 of Maps, Page 37 into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in White Tank Foothills Parcel 17 Subdivision into the County Transportation System, Road File No. 6023. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 6023 All streets consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “White Tank Foothills Parcel 17”, a subdivision recorded in Book 1389 of Maps, Page 37, Maricopa County Records, lying in a portion of Section 34 – T3N, R2W, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 6.11 Acres. A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. General Vicinity: Olive Avenue and Perryville Road, lying within Supervisory District No. 4, in an unincorporated area. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-26-103-X-00)
