ROAD FILE NO. 6022 (Supervisorial District No. 4) Set a hearing for March 11, 2026, to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 6022 to declare streets in Trail of Light as shown in Book 884 of Maps, Page 27 into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following street in Trail of Light Subdivision into the County Transportation System, Road File No. 6022. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 6022 223rd Avenue consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “Trail of Light”, a subdivision recorded in Book 884 of Maps, Page 27, Maricopa County Records, lying in a portion of Section 26 – T5N, R3W, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 3.56 Acres. A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. General Vicinity: 223rd Avenue and Dixileta Drive, lying within Supervisory District No. 4, in an unincorporated area.
