IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX, CITY OF TOLLESON & ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (ADOT) FOR THE INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THE FIBER INFRASTRUCTURE ALONG MCDOWELL ROAD (Supervisorial District 5) Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Phoenix, City of Tolleson, Maricopa County and the Arizona Department of Transportation to allow for installation, maintenance and operation of fiber infrastructure along McDowell Road and 91st Avenue. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is approved by all of the Parties and remain in full force and effect until all stipulations previously indicated have been satisfied, except that it may be amended only upon written Agreement by all Parties.
