ASSESSMENT HEARING FOR THE 130TH STREET AND CHANDLER HEIGHTS ROAD PAVING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (PID) (Supervisorial District: 1) Convene a hearing to adopt a resolution to the Assessment for the 130th Street and Chandler Heights Road Paving Improvement District. There are 7 Steps to the PID Process. This is step 5 requiring Board Action in the PID Process. The steps through Resolutions are: 1) Approve Plans, Specifications and Estimate, 2) Adopt Resolution of Intention, 3) Ordering the Improvement, 4) Approve Assessment Diagram, 5) Approve Final Assessment Warrant, 6) Bond Issuance, 7) Tax Assessment. The Requirements are set forth in ARS 48-902. Today’s action is to approve the Warrant based on the Final Assessment as detailed on the attached Assessment Map, this action will create the amount to be repaid by the homeowners and the instrument for the issuance of bonds.
