HEARING FOR AN ADDITION TO THE ESTRELLA DELLS 1 WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (Supervisorial District: 5) Convene a hearing to adopt a resolution for the addition of Grand View Ranches to the Estrella Dells 1 Water Improvement District. The Grand View Ranches subdivision of 20 homes (22 parcels, including the clubhouse and well) seeks to be added to the Estrella Dells 1 Water Improvement District to provide domestic water service to their homes. The boundaries of the proposed addition are as follows: Area: South Half (S2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township One (1) South, Range Two (2) West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. (80.0 Acres +/-) All lines and appurtenances are existing and approved or will be installed at no expense to the existing district. Properties within this addition shall be responsible for their proportionate share of the costs for operation and maintenance of the Estrella Dells 1 water distribution system, including facilities added with this new addition. The existing water distribution system is owned by the Estrella Dells 1 Improvement District. (C-64-26-111-X-01)

158. AGREEMENT BETWEEN ESTRELLA DELLS 1 WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND THE STATE OF ARIZONA TO CONNECT GRANDVIEW TO THE CLEARWATER WATER SYSTEM (Supervisorial District: 5) Approve an agreement between Estrella Dells 1 Water Improvement District and the State of Arizona to connect Grandview to the Clearwater Utility Company water system. In addition, please direct the Clerk of the Board to record the agreement with the County Recorder, referring to C-64-26-111-X-03. The Grand View Ranches subdivision of 20 homes (22 parcels, including the clubhouse and well) was added to the Estrella Dells 1 Water Improvement District to provide domestic water service to their homes. This Agreement shall be effective upon the date first written above and shall terminate upon completion of the Project Activities, or December 31, 2028, whichever occurs first, unless sooner terminated by State in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Agreement may be modified or extended for additional periods upon mutual written agreement. (C-64-27-020-X-00)
