TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF BUCKEYE: ORDINANCE 03-26 (Supervisorial District 5) Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Buckeye, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Van Buren St. between Miller Rd. and Watson Rd. In accordance with Buckeye Ordinance 03-26 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. General Vicinity: Van Buren St. between Miller Rd. and Watson Rd.
