ROAD FILE NO. 6028 (Supervisorial District 1) Set a hearing for March 25, 2026 to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 6028 to declare streets in Cloud Creek Ranch II as shown in Book 932 of Maps, Page 42 into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Cloud Creek Ranch II into the County Transportation System, Road File No. 6028. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 6028 All streets consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “Cloud Creek Ranch II”, a subdivision recorded in Book 570 of Maps, Page 11, Maricopa County Records, lying Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter in Section 26 – T2S, R7E, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 0.05 Acres A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. General Vicinity: Chandler Heights Road and Signal Butte Road, lying within Supervisorial District No. 1, in an unincorporated area. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-26-114-X-00)
