66. ROAD FILE NO. 6027 (Supervisorial District 5) Set a hearing for March 25, 2026 to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 6027 to declare streets in Element on Euclid as shown in Book 1537 of Maps, Page 03 into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Element on Euclid into the County Transportation System, Road File No. 6027. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 6027 All streets consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “Element on Euclid”, a subdivision recorded in Book 1537 of Maps, Page 03, Maricopa County Records, lying Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter in Section 04 – T1S, R2E, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 4.35 Acres A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. General Vicinity: Euclid Avenue and 43rd Avenue, lying within Supervisorial District No. 5, in an unincorporated area. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-26-115-X-00)
