OF ARIZONA, LLC FOR (TE073) INTELLIGENT TRANSIT AND FREIGHT SIGNAL PRIORITY (FSP) (Supervisorial District 5) Approve the Joint Project Agreement between Swift Transportation Co. of Arizona, LLC for (TE073) and Maricopa County for Intelligent Transit and Freight Signal Priority (FSP).
