ROAD FILE 6029 (Supervisorial District: 4) Set a hearing for April 22, 2026 to adopt a resolution for Road File 6029 to declare streets in The Landings Parcel 1-2 as shown in Book 1526 of Maps, Page 48 into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in The Landings Parcel 1-2 into the County Transportation System, Road File 6029. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE 6029 All streets consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “The Landings Parcel 1-2”, a subdivision recorded in Book 1526 of Maps, Page 48, Maricopa County Records, lying in a portion of Section 21 – T2N, R2W, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 4.32 Acres. A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. General Vicinity: 195th Avenue and Camelback Road, lying within Supervisorial District 4, in an unincorporated area. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-26-125-X-00)
