66. FIBER OPTICS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AGREEMENT WITH GILA LOCAL EXCHANGE CARRIER, INC. DBA ALLUVION COMMUNICATIONS (Supervisorial Districts: 1, 2, and 5) Approve the Fiber Optics Communication System Agreement. This will allow Gila Local Exchange Carrier, INC. dba Alluvion Communications to place facilities within the public Right-of-Way to provide communications services to the residents of Maricopa County. The Agreement shall be effective upon full execution by the Parties (Effective Date) and continue for five (5) years from the Effective Date (Term). This Agreement may be renewed by mutual agreement of the parties in accordance with A.R.S. 9-583(G). (C-64-26-126-X-00)
