101. DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH DB - DESERT WHISPER INVESTMENTS (Supervisorial District: 5) The Transportation Director recommends that the Board of Supervisors terminate a Development Agreement with DB - Desert Whisper Investments, as previously approved in conjunction with Development Master Plan case for Desert Whisper, DMP 2006003, on May 7th, 2008. Property owner is currently pursuing a rezone from Residential to Industrial. This change of use requires updated traffic engineering and civil engineering analysis and design to determine required public infrastructure requirements. (C-64-27-037-X-00)
