105. TRAFFIC CONTROL REGULATION CHANGES ON CINNABAR AVENUE (Supervisorial District: 4) Approve new traffic controls (No Stopping, Standing, Parking 8:00AM to 9:30AM and 1:00PM to 4:00PM School Days) within unincorporated Maricopa County right-of-way at the following location(s): 1. A No Stopping, Standing, Parking between 8:00AM to 9:30AM and 1:00PM to 4:00PM School Days Zone on the north side of Cinnabar Avenue from Cortessa Parkway to Javelina Court. This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) at the request of the Cortessa Community Homeowners Association. In order to promote efficiency and safety within this community, MCDOT has determined that this No Parking zone is warranted to prevent parking during school drop off and pickup times at the nearby Mountain View Elementary School.
